Asphaltophone — the first musical road

The first musical road was created in 1995 in Gylling, Østjylland, Denmark, by two Danish artists, Steen Krarup Jensen and Jakob Freud-Magnus. It’s called the Asphaltophone and produces musical notes by vibrations caused by the car wheels as they go over raised pavement markers.
